Report a security issue

If you notice a possible weakness in ASOTS, please report it privately so it can be investigated.

Contact

Email support@asseenonthestreet.com with the subject “Security report”. Include the affected ASOTS URL, a short description, the time observed and minimal steps to reproduce using your own account.

Protect people while reporting

Do not access other people’s accounts or private content, change or delete their data, interrupt the service, send spam, run high-volume scans or test third-party services. Stop if unexpected private data appears. Describe what happened without copying that data.

Do not email passwords, one-time codes, session cookies, signing keys, identity documents or unredacted private messages. This page does not authorise security testing, grant safe harbour, offer a bounty or promise a response deadline.

Account concerns

Never share your email sign-in code. Access the site through its official domain. For suspicious messages or content, use the in-app report controls or email support with the public post link.
