Member uploads, third-party materials and open-source components retain their respective ownership and applicable licences. This notice does not claim ownership of ideas, facts or material that is not eligible for copyright protection.

Your work stays yours

Uploading a photo, video or reflection does not transfer your copyright to ASOTS. Share work you created or have permission to use. Obtain appropriate permission before sharing identifiable people. Printing and merchandise permissions are controlled separately by the creator’s post settings.

Sharing and reuse

Link to ASOTS pages using the sharing tools. A public post or visible source file is not, by itself, permission to copy, sell or redistribute someone else’s protected material. Ask the relevant rights holder for permission when needed. Existing licences and uses allowed by applicable law remain available.

Brand identity

Do not use the ASOTS name, logo or domain to impersonate the platform or falsely suggest endorsement. This page does not state that a trademark or copyright registration has been granted.

Report a concern or request permission

Email support@asseenonthestreet.com with the subject “Copyright or permission request”. Include the exact ASOTS page or post link, a description of the original work, your relationship to its rights holder and a reply address. Do not send passwords, identity documents or private account data.
